Timeless elegance on the marina
Following an ambitious renovation, Sani Asterias is now a collection of spacious residences and villas, every one of them in the Sani Suite Collection. They sit between Sani Marina and an exclusively serviced beach, so you choose between views of the yachts or the Aegean, a balcony or a private garden, and some have their own infinity pools.
Water, Sani's flagship restaurant, is now shaped all day by two-Michelin-starred chef Bruno Oger, with refined French and Mediterranean cooking, and the Water Bar has live jazz. The restaurants, bars and boutiques of Sani Marina are on your doorstep, and on half or full board you can Dine Around 24 restaurants across the resort, with the most generous meal allowance at Sani.
Choose Sani Asterias over the other four when space and privacy matter most: it's the only Sani hotel where every residence and villa is in the Sani Suite Collection, with up to three bedrooms and, in some, a pool of your own. It suits couples who want a home from home, and families and friends who want room to spread out. If little ones will use the crèche every day, Porto Sani or Sani Beach, which have it on site, may be the easier base.
A couple of things to know: children stay at reduced rates here rather than free, and Sani notes that its residence photographs are sample images, so layouts and furnishings may vary.

Water
Sani's flagship restaurant, between the marina and the beachfront residences, completely renovated for 2026. Two-Michelin-starred chef Bruno Oger curates every menu, with refined French and Mediterranean cooking, exceptional seafood and premium local ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations required.
Water Bar
An elegant lounge bar looking over Sani Marina, with live jazz, champagne aperitifs, signature cocktails and a long list of cognacs and premium spirits.
Sani Marina, on your doorstep
A short stroll brings you to the marina's restaurants, from Katsu for Japanese and Asian for Thai-fusion to Avli for Greek seafood sharing plates, traditional tavernas, Macaroni trattoria, a crêperie and a patisserie.
Dine Around: on half or full board, choose the Dine Around menus at 12 restaurants at no extra cost, or order à la carte at any of 24 and your meal allowance comes off the bill. There are vegan, gluten-free and children's Dine Around menus too.
Our tip: Start the evening with a champagne aperitif and live jazz at the Water Bar, then put your Dine Around allowance towards dinner at Water. On another night, stroll into Sani Marina for Avli's Greek seafood sharing plates.
Kids & families
Something for every age
With two and three bedroom residences and villas, many with private gardens or pools, Sani Asterias gives families plenty of space. Children under 12 stay at reduced rates, and the children's menus are created by Donna Hay. Every residence here is in the Sani Suite Collection, so Sani currently includes complimentary transfers around the resort, handy for the crèche and kids' club at Sani Beach, Sani Club and Porto Sani. Kids' Supper Club sessions for 4 to 12s are complimentary too, subject to availability, so we'd book them before you fly.
Sani Crèche, 6 months to 4 years
Fully equipped childcare run by Sani's own team, following UK Ofsted guidelines, and charged by the session. Book before you travel. It runs at Sani Beach, Sani Club and Porto Sani, at €42 a session, or €32 for 13:00 to 15:00.
Sani Explorers Kids Club, 4 to 12 years
Complimentary, with activities every morning and afternoon, from exploring the pine forest to learning new skills and making new friends.
Supper Club, 4 to 12 years
Dinner and activities for three hours, included for Sani Suite Collection guests, bookable in advance and subject to availability.
Ozone Teen Club, 12 to 17 years
A complimentary clubhouse at Sani Marina, with everything from hip hop dancing to beach volleyball.
Academies
The Chelsea FC Football Academy from age 4, the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center from age 5, and the Bear Grylls Survival Academy at Sani Beach. Ask us for football and tennis academy prices and we'll include them in your quote.
Baby kit
Prams, cots, bottle sterilisers, baby monitors and white noise machines on request, so you can travel light. Babysitters and private nannies can be booked.
With babies and toddlers, a residence with a private garden lets little ones nap inside while you stay out in the sunshine. Tell us what baby kit you need when we book, so it's arranged before you arrive.

The intimate Spa Retreat offers treatments created by Anne Semonin for Sani Asterias, a hammam and a couples' suite, or a massage on the beach or in your residence. Treatments are extra, and there's a junior spa menu for over 12s.

An exclusively serviced beach, a heated outdoor pool overlooking Sani Marina, private pools in some residences, and complimentary boat cruises from the marina every morning and evening.
On land
