Our take
A true Antiguan classic
Curtain Bluff has welcomed guests since 1962 and many come back year after year. The headland splits two beaches: a calm one for swimming and paddling, and a livelier one with surf.
Meals, drinks by the glass, watersports, tennis, squash and classes are all included, so you can simply relax. New British owners have invested in refreshed suites and a renovated Sea Grape restaurant.
Huben tip: a ground floor Deluxe Room lets you step straight onto the sand. Honeymooners love the Terrace Suite and its infinity plunge pool.
