Our take
Barefoot, private and beautifully done
Hermitage Bay is small enough that the team soon knows your name and your drink. The villas are spread over the hillside and along the beach, so you rarely see another guest unless you want to.
Food is a real highlight, with menus that change daily and plenty grown in the resort's own organic garden. A major refurbishment was completed in 2025, and the resort is on Condé Nast Traveler's Gold List for 2026.
Huben tip: the Hillside Ocean Pool Villas have the best sunset views on the property. Ask us about a helicopter hop to Barbuda for lunch on the pink sand too.
